I've been shopping here for close to 10 years now and it just keeps getting better and better! The grocery store has an amazing selection and the cafe is always awesome too! Your body and your mind just feel better after shopping/eating there.
What a useful page. Since I live in Morehead and can't come often, I can see what specials are on when I come to Lexington.

Gluten Free Cupcakes are fantastic. My husband and I've tried 5 different flavors and can't decide which is best. So good we make special trips for them.
