I had a very bad experience here, I arrived at 3:00 pm for 5:00 pm appointment. The lady spent 15 minutes to figure out what I was bringing then sent me to wait and that they would call me, @4:09 I got the call, opened my doors and backed in the door, after 45 minutes the reefer running with the doors open they call me to the office and told me that they are refusing the load because of high temperature and that the entire load was a 54F , there were about 7 ppl in the office and looking at each other faces like they didn’t ... read more
