Not going to lie. Good haircuts but awful service and plain out doesn't give a crap. Did a walk in a week ago and waited almost 2 hours before I realized they were ushering in family members to skip everyone. I came back today with an appointment only to have the same thing happen. Waiting past my appointment time to watch people walk in right to a barber chair without signing the sheet nor saying anything.
