I can't say whether or not Good Feet insoles work because I did not end up buying them. I went into a local store, and honestly, the insoles they fitted me for felt great. As a quick background: I have had flat feet my whole life, got custom orthotics through my doctor when I was young, and just kind of forgot about my flat feet from when I was 12 til about 25. Good Feet works for me – I read reviews on good feet and was very skeptical. I knew the inserts were expensive for a piece of plastic so I resisted useing them.
