Laura was such a joy. She made me feel comfortable from the second I stepped into the good feet store. She explained everything to me very well and at first i was just going to the store to see if it would actually work and after going through all of the demonstrations with the soles in my shoe I could tell it was going to make a big difference right away. I went to the Good Feet store in Westwood to deal with some issues I was having with the system I purchased many months back. I met with Karen and she was fantastic! Listened to my issues and solved them one by one. It was very easy to talk to her. The next day I had no issues walking 18 holes of golf. I highly recommend an appointment with Karen.
Kevin was very helpful and professional in his answers to my many inquiries.
