I was amazed at the difference these orthotics make. I'm on day 6 of wearing them. The outside of my right knee had been sore for weeks and now that pain is gone. The soreness in my feet has already been drastically reduced.

I didn’t get past the first 5 minutes due to the salesperson, “Chris”. While completing my profile, he asked “are we still working?” 3 things wrong with that question: 1. Using “we” when asking about my employment is patronizing 2. Using “still” is ageist since I am 68 and 3. What does my employment status have to do with the purchase of orthotics? Aloha and good day. It’s been a few weeks now since visiting the store, and I would like to say a big THANK YOU. After years (a couple decades) of big toe calluses issues as well about five years of dealing with a callus on the bottom of my left foot stemming from improper shoe wearing as well many miles of walking and running 5k’s through the pain; boom kanani and bam. 4 weeks in and the toe calluses are getting smaller by the day. I have had the arches almost a week now, and I am not completely satisfied. They are hard to insert and not very comfortable when I walk on them. My legs feel tired after I walk with them in, and I now have a sharp pain in my right knee. I don't know if I want to keep them, but I don't know what the return policy is for them. I wish they had worked out better, considering what I paid for them.
