Gil was very helpful. He assessed my situation and then demonstrated and recommended multiple products and their applications throughout the visit. We came to conclusions based on the conversation and I left with enough knowledge to begin the process to ease my arthritis pain. It is good to know that either he or someone at the store will be available for additional help if needed.

The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I had made an appointment and was attended to pretty much on time. The assessment and recommendations for the inserts were on point. I do think that your staff should be more transparent regarding the pricing. It was not until the end of my visit that I had any idea about the actual cost, and I had done my research. Although I was able to still purchase the inserts recommended, the total cost was about 3x more than any of the information I found prior to my appointment. It is day two... read more
