Terrible customer service. Multiple fittings and nothing worked. Won’t give me money back and the corporate office was quite condescending when I contacted them. The inserts made my back and hip pain much worse and the salesperson was quite rude when I came back in for additional fittings to solve the problem. At $1100 for a set of three arch supports, they should be polite and helpful at the very least. Took a chance and tried them. They did NOT help me at all. How can you take an ink blot or someone's foot and guess at which shoe insert best fits them. And to top it off charge $900+?? You can't tell by walking around for 2 minutes if they will work. You have to wear them all day to decide. And of course that won't work. They are non refundable then.
