I made an appointment for a free foot consult and went. The lady helping me was pleasant and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the price tag for 3 pair of orthotic inserts and 3 pair of basic insoles came to $1,200! The orthotic inserts were cheap plastic fit to a men’s size 9-10 (not my foot specifically). The lady that saw me put a great deal of emphasis on insurance and suggested I use my HSA to pay for these inserts. $1,200 for cheap plastic…what an insult. The other 2 customers in the store at the same time as me were elderl... read more

My first experience was very impressive, took impressions of the pressure points on my feet and they were accurate. Sales lady went into the back to get my custom inserts (3 sets) which were enclosed in a very fancy box. Walked around the small area in the store and I must admit the inserts did seem to help, however, about 2 weeks later my feet were not ok and I was back at the orthopedic's office for relief. After I informed the Dr. of my new inserts he advised me that I was not the first of his patients to experience the ... read more

Terrible customer service. Multiple fittings and nothing worked. Won’t give me money back and the corporate office was quite condescending when I contacted them. The inserts made my back and hip pain much worse and the salesperson was quite rude when I came back in for additional fittings to solve the problem. At $1100 for a set of three arch supports, they should be polite and helpful at the very least. Also, I agree with the other reviewer who said you could probably get custom-fitted arch supports through a licensed pod... read more

I met with Summer she was great! She explained everything well. My morning pain in my heals are much better after just one week. The non-refundable policy( there is little information about the cost during the whole consultation, unless you ask) is a bit discouraging because you spend over $350 per inserts and that is why I would likely tell friends to see their podiatrist first. I should have done the same too. Now I have a bit of guilt of spending WAY TOO much money for ortho inserts that my podiatrist could have written ... read more

I've been in physical pain due to my right hip/leg being shorter than my left and walking was difficult. The Z-man put me on the right path, with arch support, Now my right shoe has new lifts and arch support, I can walk a longer way without so much pain. Also seeing a chiropractor for my back and neck. Everything is tied together. It's been almost a month and i feel better than the past months. Thanks Z!

I went thinking: I was going to spend about 500 or 600 dollars. I paid total $1035. I got extra inserts. At first they were uncomfortable. I got the three inserts. I would wear them for so long building up to wear the first one. After a week I started feeling much less pain. Now, before these I wore "superfeet", I wore "Easyfeet" so these I thought were helping, and they were. But, These inserts I got from Goodfeet are better. Here is how I know, I was going out coffee and hamburger at McDonald's one day and I wit... read more
