We had Chef Calder create a delicious vegan/gluten free option for our wedding guests in July. His Asian cold noodle bowls were a huge hit on a hot summer day. We had meat eaters wishing they had chosen the vegan option! Guests could not stop talking about how good the bowls were. Calder was so easy to work with in the planning stages, arrived on time and he and his help cleaned up the kitchen just as the venue owner asked. We highly recommend Chef Calder to cater any event! He's the best and his food is amazing.

Calder and his staff catered our wedding and we could not be happier with their food and service. Calder created a delicious vegan and gluten-free asian-inspired menu for us that many of our guests said was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. He and his staff were very professional, courteous, and helpful, and he was very proactive about making sure we were in communication about the big day. I'd definitely recommend this caterer to anyone!
Calder and his crew catered our wedding. The food was absolutely perfect! Though he is known for his Asian cuisine mostly, he is also a French trained chef who did a harvest theme for our September wedding. The Good Fat is amazing!! Calder has come through for me time and time again with incredible menus, high quality ingredients, and a great experience. He has done mutiple events for me for work and he catered my wedding. Truly cannot recommend more!
