I wish I could say good things about this company, but the truth of the matter is the owners don’t live up to the company name and it’s meaning. As an ex employee of Good Faith, safety for workers was not a priority even though they claim to care only by paper and word not in action. It also affected the patients who must travel in unsuitable Transportation vehicles. If you’re looking to work here just some advice take it or leave it. Love Them. Lynette the lady that works in the office is the best. The driver Rosie is the best driver ever
Used them today for first time today to transport my son by gearney to a docotors appointment to Kaiser Riverside.. They were on time which was a huge plus. The driver's Vince and Damien were so nice and had great customer service. They made sure my son was confortable and safe while being transported to his appointment. Would highly recommend them again. .
This company failed my husband extremely. They had me calling back and forth with the surgeon at the hospital for an hour and a half. When it was time to pay, the girl said she could not take my credit card information overy the phone. Caused my husband to not get to his surgery appointment. Messed up his medication schedule. His shoulder has been broken and in pain for 2 months now. I am not impressed with the way this company treated us. Very bad service.
