Well it started out great but when it got to the part where the electric company approves the PTO, they deny it and now I'm having a hard time getting it taken care of.
If I could give 100 stars I would! Aimee and her team were so great at communicating with me and gave me such a great deal! I shopped around of course and found that not only was Aimee's company much more affordable, their level of service was above and beyond. They were quick to slot me in for installation. The installers were knowledgable and answered all the questions I had in regards to Solar. I had no issues with their installation as it passed inspection with flying colors. Good Energy Solar did the design, permitting and installation of our solar panels and battery back up system. The system works extremely well, produces a terrific amount of clean power and our energy bills have dropped to zero. The quality of the installation is superb, the reliability is excellent (I have had the system for 6 months at the time of this review) and the monitoring application is clear, easy to use and very powerful. We were interested in installing solar panels for a while but the ERCOT mess and the disaster in February solidified our decision. We got bids from multiple companies but were very impressed with how knowledgable Aimee was in our bidding process. The installation was a smooth and straight forward process. The best news is we have had a negative bill 3 months in a row thanks to the Good Energy team!
