Esther is a great trainer who listens to your needs and pushes you to do your best! Ever since we began training I have felt stronger and have seen progress at every session. She also provides great nutrition advice and meal plans. We do a mix of strength, functional and cardio, depending on what my goals are for that month. Esther is also very flexible, works with your schedule, can travel to you or train you at her personal space!

My husband and I joined Good Energy Gains Online program looking for a new routine that would work for both of us and we got that and more. From videos on how to do each exercise correctly to motivation messages. Esther listened to our requests and was able to tailor the workouts taking into consideration our limitations. I have worked with fitness coaches before, but the level of professionalism, support, and care that I receive from Esther is something you don't find just anywhere. Esther puts in the time in getting to know you and your lifestyle and builds a program that is personalized just for you. Not the cookie cutter programs that so many offer.
