I called Good Electric (Bitner) to replace an existing ceiling light fixture with a ceiling fan. I told the technician that the electrical wiring was a little different and showed him where the existing fixture's remote communicator was located at a separate outlet in a separate room. Because he did not address the issue of the previous fixture's remote, the new cieling fan remote did not operate. This caused a second house call and at least 2 hours of extra charges.
