Good Earth Works Service Could Be Better We are happy with the stove we purchased from Good Earth Works, but are not happy with the service. They promised us their contractor-installers would contact us for a delivery appointment within 3 days of our purchase, so we wouldn't have to wait "a month" for delivery. Storm Survivor One year we had a horrific storm that took out many trees and blocked some of my neighbors in. Most of Maple Valley and surrounding area was out of power, including Good Earth Works. My husband and I decided to go out and see if we could purchase a new chainsaw somewhere to help clear our neighborhood of the blocking debris. We drove by Good Earth Works to see if they had power, which they didn't but they were still open!! I highly recommend this company.

Had an old part! When my husbands chain saw died on him one day, he spent a lot of time calling around to see if he could get the part needed for it. Since it is so old, no one had the part and we we were told that it was no longer available. He called Good Earth Works and they told him that they had an old chain saw out back and it had the part on it. Best of all, they didn't charge an arm and a leg for it, which they could have done.
