This is both a health food store and a very good restaurant. The store is well stocked and has a seemingly knowledgeable staff. The limited menu restaurant is surprisingly wonderful. The soup offerings are consistently interesting and excellent. Delicious fish dishes. You may be surprised by what they can do with veggies. We enjoyed several fresh breakfasts here over the past two weeks, and my sister had a wonderful dinner while listening to live music: The frittata of the day is always a hit, along with the egg and cheese “sammy.” Service is fantastic, and you can’t beat the beauty of sitting outside in the garden. Thank you for taking such great care of the gluten-free among us! Here are a few pictures I took from the garden:
