Amazing team- very nice. Generously helped replace a low quality drink from another spot on campus.

Signed up on the good earth app the day before my birthday so I could get a free drink the next day (in case they require you to sign up 24 hours before to get the birthday reward). "Sign up drink - free specialty beverage" came up so I went to good earth and explicitly told them I want to use the SIGN UP the reward. The person taking the order happen to be the manager and seemed confused, so I tried to explain what showed up on the app and told her I am ok with just my food since I also ordered food. Amazing service and helpful staff! The owner is super nice and they have also done a lot to support the campus community with free coffee events and snacks during exam seasons.
