Food and drinks are pretty good, I’ve never had an issue with that part from Good Earth. But the customer service at this location is where this place heavily lacks. I’ve come here for coffee 3 days in a row so far, each day a few different people were working and it is truly appalling how rude they all are in regards to everything, to everyone. Won't be back, I can't trust their food prep. 8$ egg and bacon croissant, waited 5 mins in an empty cafe (it happens, that's not the problem). Egg and bacon croissant was a good size... but barely cool exterior and cold inside. Croissant warm, contents cold. This was the only item in the display case I could safely eat. I used my last 10$ cash to feed myself for the morning. Was too close to my appointment to ask for the remake that would take another 5 mins to be ready. Don’t really understand the negative reviews. Tried this in the hospital with not such high expectations except they killed it and the lattes tasted amazing. Pastry was also good, indeed a bit pricy but given that it’s in a hospital really good cafe
