Just arrived at this place at foothills medical center and the young lady with brownish reddish hair was very rude won't ever be a customer ever again.
I seldom write reviews, especially negative ones but I had to today. A big part of going to a coffee house is the experience of a great latte and generally super friendly staff. This one is certainly the exception when it comes to friendliness. Where do I begin???? After my husband had a heart attack and not leaving the hospital for 4 days and thought I had enough of Tim Hortons I thought I would give this place a go hoping it lived up to its name!! It didn't!!!!Shocking absolutely shocking!!!! There's were salads in your fridges that were 2 days out of date! The sandwiches in the window box were dried and curled. The muffins oh boy! Customer Service was fast and nice, only down side the coffee made me throw up clean ur coffee machines.
