The bakery products in this coffeehouse are phenomenal! My wife and I savoured every bite of what we each bought. We didn't have coffee, but simply had hot chocolate, and even that was exceptional. It didn't taste at all like it'd come from a machine, like the way it tastes at some other well known coffee spots, but was creamy and chocolatey. Worth a visit! And the staff are extremely friendly and efficient, even in the busy morning rush.
A convenient spot for coffee in Banff! However the wait for a drip coffee and chai latte was ~15 minutes. The coffee was mediocre and chai was almost entirely milk. We were thoroughly underwhelmed. Staff were happy to add more chai syrup when asked, that was the most positive moment of this jaunt. Overall, a mediocre beverage experience with a long wait duration that overran any expectation of convenience.
Coffee is really bad.
