Initially Mr. Robert Snider the owner, was very accommodating and efficient with installing a new AC/heating unit. But, now that I am having issues and have a valid 5 year “ labor” warranty provided by his company, he has not responded in a responsible or professional manner. I am asking for my warranty to be honored and my calls or requests responded to.
Punctual and Professional
Their original service was great. Everything went smoothly, and Robert provided me with all of my warranty paperwork and everything else I needed. However, when my AC unit stopped working 22 months later, he was nowhere to be found. He seems to have dropped off the face of the earth. Numerous texts to his cell, voicemails, calls to his shop, and messages on his website all went unreturned.
