Its a VIRTUAL walk-in clinic, no physical doctor is there to examine you, instead a person to communicate with a doctor using a laptop. As for the managements reply after waiting 45min they replied 'I didn't ask is it a virtual walk-in clinic'. That's my bad and I hope people reading this gets it.

They always cancel appointments
No doctor on site . It just a receptionist who will look online to see if any doctors available.
Staff was amazing however I wasn’t seen until over an hour after my scheduled appointment. I scheduled the appointment for my lunch break so I ended up loosing money. I understand things run behind sometimes but over an hour is a little bit outrageous.
