Seen for a virtual visit in July about a rash spreading on my face. Dr stated he would send a referral to the dermatologist, and I received a copy by email. I asked for confirmation the referral was sent in 3 weeks later and never received a reply. To my horror today (September), I confirmed with the dermatologist they never received the referral, and now the rash is worse and causing pain, and I have to wait another 6 months to get in to see the dermatologist. I will not be using this service again.
