I just received my order Rooster for the roof and it turns out the mount is missing. I email GOOD Directions where they happen to have a link for missing parts i emailed them and i was told that the mount is sold separately. Wish they would advertise or warn us customers that a very importat peice is missing or sold separate.

STUNNER! 18 inch fired copper bird bath I received the 18-inch fired copper bird bath today and was blown away by the beauty and craftsmanship. It arrived in perfect condition, packed in cardboard (thank you for no Styrofoam). It is absolutely gorgeous in person. My intent was to place it on rocks in the garden as an elevated bath. But currently it is on our ottoman table! I am already shopping for another product. Great vendor, great communication, BUY ONE!

Avoid like the plague! I placed an order for Christmas on Dec 16th. After not receiving, I contacted them to see where it was and was advised that it was out of stock and therefore had been cancelled. Turns out they took my money at purchase and then canclled the order AFTER I inquired. I have still not received a refund. NOT THE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!!!!

I ordered this cupola as an anniversary gift and I cannot praise customer service enough as they went out of their way to ensure it was received in time! The quality is outstanding and it is definitely a company I will order from again. I highly recommend their products and commend their customer service!
