Great customer service in store. Henry, the manager was fantastic. My salesperson, Frankie, was awesome. The reason for only 4 stars instead of 5 is Carla. She answers the phone when you call. She is arrogant and rude. She is the reason I will probably buy my washer and dryer elsewhere when I make that purchase in 2026. Carla could use a refresher course in customer service.
