They ruined a very expensive area rug. The fabric got frayed, and the color faded after the steam cleaning. Absolutely unacceptable.
The technician arrived over two hours late without any notice or apology. I had to cancel other plans just to wait around. Very unprofessional.
i have used this carpet cleaning company in quincy for a long time and have always recommended them to my family, friends, and neighbors. they always treat me really well and i’m always so happy with their service that i never think about trying anyone else. recently, after moving, my dogs had a few accidents on my new carpet, which was pretty stressful. miguel responded fast each time and made sure the carpets looked brand new again. they really deserve a 5 star rating after so many years of great work.

Grease be gone! We had our beige carpet cleaned after a big grease stain showed up from a bar stool accident. The grease got smeared into a long stain on the carpet, and we thought it was ruined. Miguel came out to help, and although the stain looked tough, he worked his magic and made it disappear completely. I’m really impressed with the results. Miguel did an amazing job. Five stars!
