edit: they sent miguel back out to redo the carpet and rug cleaning, and he did a great job even working by himself. i am now a happy customer and really appreciate that they were willing to make it right. My mom and I had hired them to clean 2 bedrooms, the living room, and one area rug. At first, i was disappointed because the carpet looked like it needed more attention, but they responded quickly and came back to reclean everything. We had a good experience before and chose this carpet and floor cleaning service again. Miguel arrived to clean the kitchen and bathroom tile floors and did an excellent job. He was skilled, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. He was also very courteous and paid close attention to the details. After our basement had water damage, we had to pull up part of the carpet and remove the wet pad underneath. Once the cleanup was done, a co-worker suggested I call Good Day Carpet Service, and I’m very glad I did. Miguel arrived quickly, replaced the carpet pad, and reinstalled the lifted section so the carpet looked neat again.
