From the time Miguel arrived from Good Day Carpet Service, I could tell this carpet cleaning visit would go really well. He clearly explained the whole cleaning process before starting, so I knew exactly what to expect. I had 4 rooms, 12 stairs, and a hallway cleaned, and the job was finished in about an hour and a half. Miguel and the team at Good Day Carpet Service were easy to work with, explained the carpet cleaning process clearly, and offered a very fair price. We pointed out a few tough carpet stains that another cleaner could not get out, including a pink-red spot in our daughter’s room and a blue stain in the basement. Miguel came out the same day I called for a free estimate. I was glad to find Good Day Carpet Service. He was on time, friendly, and honest about what carpet cleaning could do for my 20-year-old light carpet that had a lot of wear from pets, kids, and everyday foot traffic. Good Day Carpet Service cleaned my carpet and also took care of the tile, sofa, and shower stall. Miguel did a beautiful job, and everything looked fresh, spotless, and almost brand new when he was done.
