I had a small tear in my carpet that needed fixing. I called Good Day Carpet Service to help out. Scheduling was easy, and I was told the technician would call on the day of the appointment to let me know when he would arrive. On the day, I got a call just like they said I would, and Miguel showed up right on time. He was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job repairing the carpet. The cleaners from Good Day Carpet Service were professional and friendly. They finished the carpet cleaning quickly but still paid close attention to detail. Miguel helped move some furniture and even vacuumed up my daughter’s stickers that I had missed. I paid a little extra for the stairs and deodorizing, which was worth it. I recommend using dehumidifiers after the cleaning because some areas of the carpet were still a bit wet, especially the thicker ones. Miguel from Good Day Carpet Service came to my home in Quincy to stretch my carpet where it had bumps from a previous poor installation. I was a bit worried about my walls and new white baseboards, but Miguel did an excellent job fixing the bubbles without leaving a single mark. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond my expectations. The price was great and the results were fantastic!

We had a lot of stains on our carpet after a family gathering—everything from food spills to pen marks from the grandkids. I reached out and scheduled a carpet cleaning appointment.
