We had a local contractor come out after a recent storm to assess our roof for damage. He found multiple areas that had been damaged and after filing a claim with our insurance company a representative came out. After Hurricane Irma severely damaged our expensive custom metal roof, the insurance company sent out an adjuster they had contracted from out of state! He lowballed the amount of damage and actually came in under the deductible which was only a fraction of what it would cost to repair. I am very fortunate that a friend recommended Good Claim. When my home was flooded in Hurricane Irma, I'm not sure how I would have handled it all without Frank's help. The adjuster, when looking at all my swamped and ruined furniture and possessions, made the comment "Well, its just stuff". Then he disappeared (I hope he got fired) and the insurance company had no record of his appraisal. But in stepped Frank with the appraisal he had done - which was quite a bit higher than the other adjuster - and the insurance company went with Frank's numbers.
