No wonder you haven’t found anyone to rent the property, you don’t care and don’t answer to the potential tenants, anyone who wanted to lease with you would be losing their time and money. I don’t want to deal with this type of unprofessional behaviour from now on.
Applied minutes after property was listed, advised we would be first to inspect property and receive a contract asap. Advised our lease was almost due for renewal at current property and needed an answer when possible on an inspection. Didn’t hear back for a week and had to call to then find out we were not contacted for an inspection/open house.
