The customer service was wonderful, and the nail service was AMAZING!!
I have been coming to Good Choice for over a yr, as a new resident to NJ. I tried a few other places in Clifton/Passaic but was not satisfied. The salon itself is clean and comforting, and everyone is super kind. Julie does incredible work and has made my experience with acrylics easy and fun. She is meticulous and always fulfills on designs - not to mention being a pleasure to chat with during my fills! They have all kinds of polish and jewels. I went for a pedicure. I explained to the lady not to use a nail clipper just to file my nail because usually when that happens, I get it ingrown she ignored me. She cut one now and I can’t walk. My toe hurts. I went back in there, and I asked her to fix the row and she wanted to charge me for another pedicure, which is terrible because I was telling her from that same moment I will never go there again or recommend this place to anyone.
