This shop brought a vehicle to the Mercedes-Benz dealership I work for. After looking at the vehicle initially it was determined that all cylinders failed the compression test and they were notified but declined the leak down test which was needed to determine the failure. After declining the diagnosis one of the several employees left us a 1 start review in an attempt to get back the few hundred dollars spent for the initial diagnosis as they declined having the vehicle diagnosed properly. Absolutely worst experience! Do NOTTTT purchase from here. Joseph and his uncle Sayegh are NOT good people or businessmen. They sell LEMONS 🍋 , LIE and play games! The only reason Joseph made his mechanic at German Auto temporarily fix the fuel pump and steering pump was because I kept writing bad reviews. Joseph tried to hold my vehicle hostage after German Auto did maintenance on it, just to make sure I deleted the reviews. Had to edit my original review where I praised these people. Purchased a vehicle a week ago, paid in full. During the test-drive, I smelled gas. Told JOSEPH, he had a look like, “Damn she smelled it.” He said he changed the fuel pump and the smell of gas would only last a couple days. A week later I returned because of the smell that didn’t go away.
