I live in a building The Vue @ 3rd in Louisville, that has a lot of short-term rentals through this company. It’s a nightmare. The people who rent these units are loud, nasty, and ill-mannered. They need to be more accountable for the behavior of their tenants.

This company steals money! I booked a room for the weekend in Cincinnati and couldn’t get the access codes for the room. I spoke to multiple people, all told me I needed to talk to a Brent. They wouldn’t provide Brent’s contact information or help me with gaining access to the room. They continued to tell me Brent would call me, he never did! Since it was an event weekend I was basically stranded in the city, a lot of the hotels were sold out and overpriced. I had to spend an additional $800 for an hotel room! Good Cheer Sta... read more

My wife and a friend were in Louisville, KY for a medical appointment. I reserved a room because of the location and the proximity to the hospital. Upon arrival, I got pictures of the " clean room" that had, cigarette ashes on the inside window ledge of the non smoking room, blood stained sheets, dirty towels hanging in the bathroom,and black curly hairs in the bed sheets( my wife is a redhead and our friend is blond, both with long hair).
