I will be forever grateful to Dr. Cotelo for saving my sweet Rubi’s life. Rubi was unable to walk after a severe hip dysplasia crisis and later developed a serious respiratory complication and a large amount of mucus. We were terrified we might lose her. Thanks to Dr. Cotelo’s knowledge, dedication, compassion, and extraordinary care, my Rubi is alive and walking again. Thank God for placing Rubi in his hands. There are no words to express how deeply grateful we are.
Fair price, knowledgeable and friendly staff.
