We brought our Doberman puppy Jax for ear cropping and could not be happier. Ear cropping was totally new to us, and the staff took the time to educate us, explain the options, and make sure we understood every step. The clinic was spotless and welcoming - clean, bright, calm, and clearly well-run. Dr. A and his team displayed an incredible level of knowledge and care. Very Upset with the information that I received from the receptionist just now. I was calling to get quotes for very specific blood work. T4, Kidney and full senior panel for my cat. Sadly she mentioned that I would NEED TO PAY for a consult. THIS is not transparency and is PREDATORY on pet parents trying to figure out the most affordable option to continue to care for their pets. I went to this place to get my Dobermans ears cropped. Wonderful Veterinarian and very knowledgeable. It will take the time and explain you the whole process in any question you may have. I really loved this clinic! I went with my chronically ill cat and they took all the time necessary to check him and explain everything to me. They were super patient and made sure to clarify the prices early on, on top of letting me know that I have the right to decline any procedures/meds. The prices were great and accesible, including meds and a yearly checkup (they have an awesome package)! Definitely recommend if you want to want to bring your cat for checkups here; they care about your pet
