I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The technician Roberto came to inspect the issue, removed a few parts, and charged me for the visit. He claimed that a replacement part had been ordered, but that was over three months ago and I have not heard from him since. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, he no longer responds to my messages. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to stay away from this business.
I’ve had a great experience with Good Call Heating and Air Conditioning. Roberto is incredibly reliable, always showing up on time and getting the job done right. The team is very professional, handling everything with care and expertise. On top of that, they’re genuinely friendly and easy to work with, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for great service from people who really know what they’re doing, I highly recommend Good Call!
Roberto and his team installed new furnaces in our home last fall and did a great job. He was very upfront about everything and we are very happy with his work. We did get the wrong thermos (my husband wanted to do) so we had an issue when it was time for ac in the spring, but Roberto came back and resolved. Always responds quickly if I have a question, I like that I can contact him directly. He does quality trustworthy work that he backs. Would definitely recommend.
I had him fix my ac last year.he replaced the fan on my ac.it worked perfect after.called him today to ask some questions bout my ac coz its not working again.he said upfront that he will not fix my ac coz its too old.i asked him if the fan he put in was the problem does it have a warranty on it?he was quick to say that it does not have a warranty.he even told me to ask the supplier if the fan has warranty on it.really???after some back n forths i was already pissed.when he found out it has been 1year and 1 month since tje r... read more
