My husband went to Good Burrito last weekend and unfortunately it was not a pleasant experience. I ordered a burrito and the rice was crunchy due to the lids not being on. I only received a half of a scoop of pork and I thought 2.5oz of queso for $4 was just too high. The queso (4oz)cup was barely over half full. The pork was also pretty crispy dry. Ordered at 6pm got 3 burritos picked it up at 615. Every burrito was not only not what we ordered that is very clearly on the recept but was like it was just out of the refrigerator. Normally they are great I guess the employees today did not care. Upset I left a tip for super cold food with half of the topping we asked for.
I was there yesterday around 3 and ordered a quesadilla. I've been a regular here for years. The service was terrible The server took a very long time to make my food, and didn't even greet the person waiting to pickup. The food was horrendous, I felt sick after eating it, the chicken and veggies were dry! Overall disappointed with how bad this restaurant has gotten in the past year.
My daughter and I received microscopic portions and we paid $30 for a burrito and a bowl (nothing added extra). Got a pinch of rice and 7 pieces of dry chicken… the employees were not very nice and wouldn’t laugh at our jokes. Had to go to McDonald’s afterwords to fill our belly’s.
