My son attended an evaluation recently. The evaluation was fine, no complaints. The OT seemed good. The issue is there is the administration. I've been calling for weeks trying to get a follow-up appointment and schedule weekly appointments. We liked the evaluator and location is great for us. We were hoping to use this service but since no one seems to answer the phones or even call back. I later received a call from someone shortly after this review. I'm very concerned about the poor communication.
I have improved and so has my son because of the work and recommendations from Good Beginnings
This is such an excellent practice! They genuinely care about the children and our OT, Miss Marcie, helped my child so much!!
Such an amazing place. Caitlyn is fantastic and really cares about our son.
