5 Star therapist. -0 Star admins I love the therapist and they do a great job but the admins are not colocated with the therapist so this becomes difficult when you have to miss an appointment when something comes up. My son has asthma and I missed an appointment. I contacted the office since i didn't have a way of contacting the therapist and heard back the next day. When we scheduled an evaluation for our child, the expectation was that we would, upon completion, look at scheduling his appointments and consider our options. This location made the decision to dishonestly book appointments during planned family trips (which we've been planning for 6+ months) and then began harassing my wife and I, calling her a liar and claiming we owe them money for missed appointments they scheduled for an "available time for them" which was not agreed upon by us- They called both me and my wife claimin... read more

We had such a wonderful experience at Good Beginnings. My child has a variety of needs, and I really appreciated how they matched us with different therapists who each brought their own area of expertise. It made such a difference to have a team approach, and honestly it was nice to get to know everyone! I also have to give a huge shoutout to Melissa who was incredible!
