I was hopeful despite reviews but had the same experience as many that Stephanie did not show up for our appointment, despite confirming two days prior. Big let down and highly unprofessional.

Very pleased with my experience at Good Beauty. Spa was comfortable, and clean. The owner was very sweet and helpful. Prices are great for the service provided!
If I could give a zero I would. Had to call several times to get a hold of her. Went for first treatment, made appointment for next and when I showed up, the office was closed and she hasn’t returned my calls since. Told me you do two treatments a week. Well, I had only one. Already losing my money’s worth and I am not happy! Pretty sure I just got ripped off.
