Used to be good but not anymore. New 'manager' John does not know what the meaning of customer service is, and is far from the 'honest and reliable' wording on your website. After getting my car towed in for a non start issue, they refused to assess my car as it had a wiring issue that was temperamental, which I showed them how to get it working. Great service from John and the team especially when I’ve had unforeseen issues with my vehicle and he has been able to fit me in at the last minute.
I had a cracked head on my 2008 Nissan Navara which was a stressful event but goochs did an excellent job fixing it. They informed me about everything through the process. it’s been a month now and everything is running smooth.
