I got my car washed there, but didn't have time to vacuum my car. I went back there a few days later to use the vacuums, and they told me that "they can't allow it", and basically told me to leave. Very rude. These people have a lot to learn about how to treat their customers. I will never return there again. Stupid name for a car wash, anyway. "Goo Goo"? Sounds like baby talk.

My car was damage at the Whitesville Road location on 3/23/21 and repeated attempts to reach someone - NO ONE has bothered to contact me to resolve. Mine was among several it seem and who knows how many others. Something CUT into my bumper and scratched up my front wheel.... If you were there around 3/23/21 .....check your car ! I’ll be going to the other locations from now on. It was my first time at this one and I will not be back. Even though there were only 2 cars in line I still had to wait 20 minutes behind someone else because they decided to be part of some program and couldn’t pull off to the side or waited until after the wash was done to finish all of the paperwork. This place use to do a good job, but lately not so good. Full service has fallen off!! they don't wipe down the outside of your car it just sits there and air dry, then they half clean the inside, for $25 I expect more. They have lost my business.
