My car was damage at the Whitesville Road location on 3/23/21 and repeated attempts to reach someone - NO ONE has bothered to contact me to resolve. Mine was among several it seem and who knows how many others. Something CUT into my bumper and scratched up my front wheel.... If you were there around 3/23/21 .....check your car ! Their unlimited pass is garbage. Doesn’t work most of the time. Go elsewhere and save your money.

Last month, I visited the 4th AVE car wash in Columbus GA for the first time in a long time. I paid $35 for The Works. It was like a 3 ring Circus there. It took over 30 Mins to complete. When I approached my car, I realized the fender still had mud in them, the door jams were still filthy and there was glass in the back floor board from a broken window that they failed to get up. This was my first experience at this car wash and it started out not being good but the staff there was outstanding and they made it good I appreciate them !!! I will be returning
Great service in a timely manner!
Usually get pretty good service but not today. Car got stopped in the middle of the wash cycle dumping a ton of soap on the car. Mentioned it to Toby the cashier and his answer was "It's all water based." I told him it needs to be rinsed and he went on to the next customer. Once in the dry bay the guys had to back it up and rinse it off. Not good customer service at all.
