Across the board, from top to bottom, this place is worth the drive to Luling! It's worth an hour wait. It's worth the sleepy feeling you get after eating 2 lbs of meat and not leaving without any leftovers! Seriously, though, everything I've had during my 7-10 trips has been a homerun! My favorites and must haves are always the pulled pork, brisket, burnt ends, and gouda grits. First off I would never stand waiting in any long line. Main reason I will never go to Disney World. So since you can pre-order (got to do it fast) and I'm off on Fridays I decided to try this place. Was able to get most of what I wanted to pre-order on Sunday. Which was, Brisket Prime Grade, Porkbelly Burntends, Full Rack Pork Spare Ribs, Jalapeno & Cheddar Sausage, Mac n Cheese, and Collard Greens w/ Smoked Pork Jowl Tasso.
