I hit a deer in my work vehicle and reached out to Gonzo’s. Laura was very accommodating with getting an estimate and working with my company to coordinate everything. Justin was upfront in letting me know the time frame of when the vehicle would be finished and it was completed as promised. I was happily surprised to find that they cleaned the inside as well as the outside of the vehicle. I highly recommend Gonzo’s! Their customer service is top notch!!
They completed my repairs in a timely manner and were even done early. My vehicle looks great and Laura was very kind and helpful and kept me updated through the whole process.
This place did amazing work on my fiancées car after me and my fiancé experienced an accident involving a 18 wheeler. They took the car from looking very bad to looking brand new. It’s a family owned business with a wife and husband. They had excellent excellent customer service and were very thorough and engaging when explaining the whole process and breaking down the details afterwards I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs minor collision, repairs or major collision repairs
