Awful. This office is a mess. Communication is horrible and incompetent. Messages never get through or thoroughly responded to. Professionalism is rude and just gross. They don’t own up to their own mistakes and take responsibility for simple things such as just leaving a correct phone message with the correct information. I leave zero stars if I could. Stay away from this office and stay away from Aurora overall. Go anywhere else literally Complete Incompetency and zero help. Him and his office feel like they barely have it together, and they barely know what they’re doing Communication is absolutely horrendous, whether via phone, portal or in person.
