DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I bought a used tire as he was installing it I pointed out some damage to the wall of the tire he said no it’s ok. I asked him the year it was made he said 2021. When I got home I did some research in under BPC § 9889.30(a)(2), the law outlines explicit criteria for what defines an "unsafe" used tire. Damage to the wall of the tire is top of the list.
