So glad I found them! I had a hand truck that needed tires put on and after 3 different guys tried, Gonzalez was able to do it and they were very helpful, patient, kind, professional, determined, and reasonable!! They were the epitome of what truly good customer service looks like. Would have gave them 5 stars because they were very quick. However i asked him to tighten my lug nuts down in a star pattern so the wheel wouldn't warp, after watching him do the first one in a circular pattern. He acknowledged me asking him. I asked him if he knew what i meant. He said yes, followed by “you should be fine” i asked him again and said “youll be fine”. Dude blatantly disregarded my request. Not a crazy request.
