Reached out to company today for information and a quote. Spoke to a man with deep accent, he was very rude and unprofessional. I suggest better customer service training, got the feeling he was sexist due to me being a female.
I can’t talk on their snow removal. I can talk about the contractor side of things. My mom had two bathrooms done. She has had nothing but troubles. Very poor management of project. The owner had to have his son finish his subpar work. Very unprofessional. You live and learn and my mom learned the hard way. They use Burke plumbing. Do not let Burke in your house. They had to comeback 4-5 times to finish 1 job and it still is not right. Very unhappy with the quality of work . Very subpar work. Find someone else.
Not a customer, but whoever was driving your work truck with the snow plow and saw us shoveling, thank you so much for clearing my sidewalk out out from corner to corner as u drove by! You sure didn't have to! I appreciate it!!!!
