Amazing agent. Very outgoing, quick and efficient. Any negative, previous reviews are most likely due to an upset in rates, which is more due to customer history or company offers rather than the agent.
We have been clients since 1991 and now have 8 cars and our home insured with Bob. He is very responsive, answers questions and returns calls promptly. All claims have been handled efficiently and he gives us great rates!
Worst agent ever, I contacted him to get a quote on a property insurance, they price was too high for me so I went to another insurance company, three months later they billed my morgage company for the insurance which I didn't have, my morgage payment went up $200 so I contacted him, sent all the proof of insurance from the other company and it's been four months and I still haven't received the refund of the money they got from my morgage company.
