I was recommended this place by a family friend and for 2 years they were OK. Last year I went to drop off my taxes and someone in front of me was picking up their taxes and they received someone else's taxes instead of their own. This year I dropped off my taxes and they told me my account would be charged on one date after I received my taxes. Horrible accountant hired him to do a profit and loss to close on my house and just handed me a piece a paper with no stamp saying he was not responsible or aware of the actual numbers in the profit and loss. He then refused to refund me and the document was worthless couldnt be used.
This accountant treats you very well as long as you don't encounter any issues with his work. Whenever you ask him to admit/correct a mistake from him or his staff, you will really know what kind of person he really is.
