One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had an auto repair shop After spending $600 at $175 an hour just to be told they still don’t know what’s wrong with my car is absolutely insane To sum it up I brought my car in and supplied the parts for the fix. I completely understand. There’s an inherit risk with that…. in case the part is faulty I can completely understand that part of it…. The first two days I kept getting excuses why you hadn’t looked at it yet. Just not a good experience. I had planned to bring my car in as it has a window that won’t roll up
