Seemed to know what he was talking about but he whined so much, it actually got quiet annoying. Took FOREVER to actually get the job done. Did not give us a detailed invoice for parts or warranty info as requested multiple times, so pretty sure we got overcharged a 100x and probably junk parts. we could have picked them up ourselves. We pay labor that is what that part of the invoice is for, shouldn't have to pay 2 or 3 times as much for parts. and then again no warranty info.

I had similar issues with Maximino Gonzalez electrical. Needed a new septic pump and he treated it like I needed a bulb replaced. No sense of urgency whatsoever. problem started Feb, he was contacted 19 Feb and pump was not installed till 3 March. Had to pump septic tank more than once because of supposed parts delay, when he could have put in a temp one or had us go buy it from home depot where they are always in stock.
