I retained this firm over 7 months ago for a personal injury case with a hard legal deadline. In that time I have experienced zero meaningful communication. Follow-up emails that were promised were never sent. A scheduled call on the 17th that I was specifically told would happen never occurred with no explanation or reschedule offered. When I called to request a copy of my own demand letter, I was incorrectly told I could not have it due to "client-attorney confidentiality", how does that make sense I am the client.
