She was a bit helpful at first but after a while she stopped helping me. She found a place that could help me but since I was placed on the waiting list. So I thought while I waiting she could help me but no she doesn’t respond to my calls or my texts. Also she takes forever to call you if you have a phone call appointment. After that things just got worse I waiting a month for help and nothing. Don’t even bother in asking for her help, she may be reliable at first but when you have a serious issue she is no help afterwards.
I want to leave this review to help someone who might be looking for services because this location is not the place. There is no prioritizing the client and their mental health. The way things are ran by Dr. Gonzalez are COMPLETELY unprofessional and there is no integrity as a mental health provider. The left doesn’t know what the right is doing when it comes to billing which was an ongoing issue with me and it will be at the expense of your services.
